Return and Refund Policy

Our primary objective is to ensure that every product you receive from our store arrives in impeccable condition. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate returns. Rest assured, our dedicated customer support team is committed to promptly addressing any issues you may encounter.

UNABLE TO RETURN

Certain situations preclude the possibility of returning your item or canceling your order:

  1. Selection Errors: We cannot accept returns if you have chosen the wrong size, color, or product type.

  2. Image Quality: Products with acceptable image quality do not qualify for returns.

  3. Mistaken Order/Change of Interest: Returns and cancellations are not feasible if you ordered an item in error or have lost interest in it.

  4. Order Timeframe: Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours from placement, as we typically ship them within that timeframe.

  5. Coupon Code: Please note that we do not offer refunds for orders that used a coupon code under any circumstances.

Please note: Items in a used condition are ineligible for refunds or exchanges.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept returns and provide refunds for the following reasons:

  1. Lost Orders: In the event of an order lost during transit, we will ship a replacement at our expense. We make this determination based on the provided tracking number.

  2. Return Policy or Replacement: All products undergo rigorous quality control checks before shipping. However, if you encounter any of the following issues upon opening your package, please notify us by taking a picture and emailing us with your order number:

    • Unclear printed image.
    • Off-center printed image.
    • Incorrect package received compared to the order.
    • Product damage due to delivery (torn, soiled, etc.).
    • Incorrect size, color, or style compared to the order.
    • Other errors caused by us.

    If your received product exhibits any of the aforementioned issues, please contact us via email or through our website, attaching pictures of the errors and your order number. Once we verify the issue, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement item.

Note: Returns are only accepted if the item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received. We are not responsible for sizing issues if the item was made according to your specifications. However, if we shipped the incorrect size compared to your order, the policy outlined above will apply.

Refunds:

To request a refund, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Submit your refund request within 30 days from the date of receiving the product.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • Upon receiving your refund request, we will review it and notify you.
  • If your refund request is approved, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment account.

Refund Processing Time:

We endeavor to process refunds expeditiously and efficiently. Typically, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days from the time we initiate a successful refund. However, the actual processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company’s policies. Please note that any fees related to refund transfers or currency conversion are beyond our control.

Product Replacements:

To request a product replacement, please adhere to these guidelines:

  • Submit your replacement request within 30 days from the date of receiving the product.
  • The product should exhibit a technical defect or damage incurred during shipping.

Upon receiving your replacement request, we will review and confirm its validity within 5 to 10 days. If your replacement request is accepted, we will dispatch a new product. The delivery time will depend on your address and chosen shipping method. We will cover any fees associated with replacement and shipping the product back to you.

Refund Method:

The refund method employed will depend on the original payment method used. For example, if you paid with a credit card, we will refund the money to the same credit card used for the initial payment.

Checking Refund Status:

You can verify the status of your refund by reviewing your order details on our store. Please bear in mind that the refund process may not be immediately displayed, so we recommend checking again after a few days.

Refunding to Invalid or Expired Credit Cards:

Refunds are typically processed back to the original card used for the initial payment. If your card has expired or is no longer valid, please contact your bank or card issuer for assistance.

Received Amount Lower than Initial Refund Amount:

If you receive an amount lower than the refund amount displayed on the order page, it could be due to a couple of reasons:
