We process orders during business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

1. Order Processing and Production Time:

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing essential details, including your order number, order summary, total cost, and delivery address. Kindly check your email inbox, including the spam folder, for this email.

Most orders are typically processed and produced within 1 – 3 business days. This encompasses design, printing, packaging, quality control, and more.

2. Shipping Costs:

All shipments are dispatched via UPS or USPS. Your order will be shipped to the address provided during the checkout process. The specific shipping method employed depends on the delivery address and the regulations of the chosen shipping service.

Customers are responsible for covering shipping fees associated with their orders. Shipping costs will be displayed on the checkout page when you place your order.

3. Shipping Time:

Upon the completion of production, your order will be promptly dispatched.

– SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES (Inclusive of Production Time and Shipping Time): 7-10 Days – Estimated Shipping Time (Monday to Friday):

While we maintain a delivery success rate of over 97%, occasional delays may arise due to adverse weather conditions, customs clearance processes, or inaccurate address information.

We kindly ask for your patience, as we are committed to expediting the processing time and promptly shipping your products to you.

4. Order Tracking:

Upon shipment, an automated tracking code will be sent to your email to facilitate monitoring of the shipping progress. Please check your email associated with your order. If you cannot locate your tracking code, please CONTACT US.

Why might tracking data not immediately display for your tracking number? It may take up to 7 days after order processing for tracking data to become available.

5. Incorrect Address:

To prevent package returns, please ensure that all address details are accurate and complete. In the event of an incorrect address provided at checkout, resulting in product return, you will bear the shipping costs for the return.

We do not support shipping to multiple addresses within a single order. If you wish to ship to different addresses, please place separate orders.
